Hi I am Karen and I am a hypnotherapist/life coach who is neurodivergent ,loves curl up with good book ,finding new place to walk with my dog Luna also love a good cup of tea.

How did you get involved with Arrowe Sound?
Via a carboot sale at Bryne Ave Baths, asking Steve Fitch do you need any presenters and the journey started there!

What do you get up to when you’re not on air?
When I’m not on air, I’m busy at work or if it’s weekend then catching up with family and friends.

What can we expect from your show?
Me time Mondays is on from 4pm until 6pm , where we chat about taking time for you , for positive pauses and some Fonty’s fascinating facts throw in.
